Star Energy remains committed to supporting local social welfare development and fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Following our visit to the Taichung Shifang Development Centre in October 2025, our Chairman led a team to visit the Centre once again in May 2026.

During the visit, Star Energy donated NT$100,000 to support equipment replacements and slope safety improvement projects within the campus, aiming to create a safer and better environment for the children.

Throughout the visit, our team members spent time with the children and learned about their "Happy Home" residential service which was launched in this March. The Director of Shifang explained to us that "Happy Home" is more than just a physical structure. It is a support system for the community as well. In the future, Shifang will not only focus on providing basic care but also emphasizing companionship that assists the residents to share household chores, establish regular routines, and live freely and comfortably within the community. This philosophy of cultivating residents' self-care abilities makes our team members to deeply appreciate Shifang Centre's dedication and its profound respect for life. As the visit drew to a close, the team members have promised to return to the "Happy Home" to share in the residents' daily lives.

The Taichung Shifang Development Centre has been deeply engaged in social welfare for people with disabilities and is entering its 40th year. Star Energy expresses its sincere gratitude to the Centre for its selfless efforts over the years.
