In alignment with the government's birth-encouragement policy and to further advance our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employee care initiatives, Star Energy will officially launch the "Childcare Subsidy Program" this June. Through this concrete action, we aim to support our team members in building families and raising children with peace of mind.

This program is eligible for current employees who have completed their probationary period and have children under the age of three. Qualifying applicants will receive a monthly childcare subsidy of NT$10,000 per child. The subsidy will be remitted directly into their payroll accounts on a monthly basis, continuing until the month the child reaches three years of age.

We firmly believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. By offering this tangible support, we hope to alleviate the financial responsibility of childcare during its critical early stages, enabling our colleagues to thrive in their careers while confidently accompanying their children through their growth.
