SEC Xingbao Wind Farm has completed the power transmission and test run for 3 wind turbines on Nov 6. SEC is the first developer to complete the energinazation in the area around Changhua Hanbao Wind Farm (4 wind farm developers, 22 wind turbines in total). In this case, SEC started civil construction and foundation work in June, and finished the installation and commissioning of wind turbines at the end of October, and its professional EPC capabilities have also been recognized by the WTG OEM technicians.
