This project, "Yunlin E2 Solar Project - UHV Substation and Transmission Line Turnkey Project," was awarded on December 31, 2020, to Star Energy Corporation (SEC). On October 29, 2021, a beam-raising ceremony was held at the site. The Owner: Shuo Li PV Energy, PCM: Sinotech Engineering Consultants, and Subcontractor: Dong Yi Construction were all invited to attend on the same day, and they all wished for the construction and future endeavors to be safe and successful.

This project is located in Yunlin Offshore Industrial Park, Taixi Township, Yunlin County. Despite the challenges of labor shortages owing to Covid-19 and worldwide material price inflation, SEC and the project team sought to resolve each obstacle or challenge that may arise this year, reaching a key project milestone – the structure of substation. SEC will work hard to achieve grid connection and commercial operations by the end of the year, attaining the goal of building the nation's biggest PV green energy city.
