SEC contracted the TYC G2 Cogeneration Extension Project, the scale of major equipment as below:
1.Bioler (CFB type)
- Capacity: 75 T/H @54 kg/cm2、450 ℃
2.Steam Turbine/Generator (bleeding and condensing type)
- Maximum power output: 13.48MWe
- Maximum IP steam bleeding: 30 T/H @30kg/cm2
- Maximum LP steam bleeding: 25T/H @10kg/cm2
3.Evironmatal equipment
- Allowable emission:
- NOx: 10ppm、Sox:10ppm、Dust:5mg/Nm3
- Equipment set up: SNCR+SCR、FGD、BF+WESP、MGGH
SEC carry out the project plans and designs within the limits of the existing site, Erected the first boiler steel structure on January 10 2019, Installation of Steam turbine on may 22 2019, the boiler ignition was completed at the end of same year, and various related commissioning operations were successively completed.
